Here is a quick tip about a couple of running books that are really good for long distance training from the Kenyans. Both books are written by Toby Tanser and provide a real eye opener to the dedictaion and hard work that Kenyan athletes endure to achieve their great successes.
The books are called “Train Hard, Win Easy – The Kenyan Way” and “More Fire” – both are great running books for 5000m, 10000m, Marathons and more.
I guess the key to running success is based around effort and dedication. The Kenyan athletes have both these trates in abundance but saying that so do all proffessional athletes.
